HI SSarunas,
Pano2VR does not have an SVG creation tool, you would use something like Adobe Illustrator to make your animated SVG.
Then you would bring it into the skin editor and give it the click action.

For SVG's you need something like Adobe Illustrator, Pano2VR can only use the files in the skin editor and not build them.
You would add an SVG in the skin and then add actions so the buttons does something when pressed or clicked.
Of course you can have three static SVG's as Pano2VR allows the three states of a button.
