Re: Solution! ?
Thanks for the reply, Dave. I believe I may have found a solution. I decided to step waaay back. I downloaded a previous version - 1.5.3 - and it works like a charm! I've used all the same settings. Looks like there could be some sort of bug or incompatibility issue. There's another problem, howeve...

Your source image isn't that sharp and clear. It's nice, but try searching on Google or Yahoo Image for panos. There's some super clear and crisp ones out there. Using your settings, I think you'll see a difference. Any way you can retake the pano shot at an even higher resolution? That will also he...

Checked out the files. I'm not the one to explain why, but Equirectangular never works well for me either. They just turn out fuzzy. Here's what you can do: There's a button to allow you to 'Convert to Cubic'. Press that. 6 images will be produced and reside in your project folder. Then load those i...

I think I've found a solution. I've simply removed the _root. whenever there's loading to be done. I then took that code and dumped it into a movieClip that resides in my main project library. A button loads the clip to level 10 (which is where all my movieClips reside). Press another menu button an...

Broader Utilization in Flash: Can we get some new Code?
I realize that the answer to this problem may not reside here, but this is a good place to start. This is a great app, but right now it seems to be geared towards those folks who need a .swf file to put into an HTML page. If possible, I'd like to see more emphasis placed on better Flash integration....

Well, I think I've eliminated the possibility that this is a 'source image' problem. I've grabbed several cubic sequence images from various spots on the web and converted them using Pano2QTVR. The problem I'm having in Flash is still the same. It's got to be a conversion issue.... Again, whenever I...

Re: Hi Vlad
All you need to do is to create what you want as movies using Flash 8 and call the movies in separated layers over the pano. I used the sample provided in the pano2qtvr site (http://www.pano2qtvr.com/sample/flashtour/) as the base for make my own interface. Warm regards, Ricardo, can you give some ...

More Info
Here's some more info on my setup: Output: Cubic Original Images: 6 jpg images @ 700x700, 300ppi, RGB 8bit There's also a new issue I've noticed. When I test my main .swf and click on a map dot BEFORE actually panning around, nothing happens. The new .swf connected to whatever map dot I'm pressing n...

Dave, I've done another test. I've actually grabbed a .swf file off of your site and loaded it into my project. Works great. This leads me to believe that it's not that I'm working in Flash Pro 8, but that something I'm doing in the output process of Pano2QTVR is going wrong. http://www.802studio.co...
